【 調査の目的 】
今回の調査は以下の目的のために行われています。
・国公立、私立の学校に通う多胎児のクラス分け（学級配置）についての傾向
・親のクラス分けに対する希望に対して、どんな問題や課題があるのか
・クラス分けに関する問題を解決するために、どんな手段や文書が有益か
・クラス分けに関する国際的な相違点について
【 募集の対象者 】
３歳以上の多胎児を持つ親で、お子様が少なくとも１年間は学校（保育園・幼稚園～）に在籍していること。
【 ご回答にあたっての注意事項 】
用語や学校のシステムは世界で様々です。そのため今回の調査は、各国全ての状況に合わせて行うことが出来ません。調査趣旨をご理解の上、適切であると感じたものをお答えください。また最後の記述式設問において、回答者の居住国では不適切と思われる設問が今回の調査にあった場合、ご意見をお書き頂けると幸いです。
設問には選択肢の中から一つだけを選ぶものと、該当する選択肢を全て選ぶものがあります。また、最後の設問（設問24）にご回答を頂ける場合、出来るだけ詳しく状況をご説明ください。
いわゆるダブル・ツインズのように、複数組の多胎児がいる家庭の場合（設問１でのご回答が”Two sets of multiples”にチェックが入る場合）、それぞれの組についてお答えください。例えば３歳の一卵性の兄弟と１歳の二卵性の姉妹がいる場合、設問１では“MZ boys”と“DZ girls”、そして“Two sets of multiples”の全てにチェックを入れてください。
